I’ve been working with Michelle for 2 years now..Initially it was in a group session but then i started private lessons. I needed rehab for a neck injury .I have seen very positive results in that time. I am now stronger and healthier. Michelle is passionate about Pilates and it shows through the energy and enthusiasm she brings to every session. Her easy going, friendly personality creates a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere. She makes each workout challenging, and creative She also places a high value on perfectly correct form with each exercise.which I believe is often missing with other trainers.She motivates me to push past my perceived limits to get results. My balance and flexibility have improved immensely and my core strength has definitely shaped up. If you are serious about Pilates Michelle will lead you every step of the way.
