Personal Training & Pilates:
Training with Meggie has not only given me a firm butt, but also a firm understanding of what good form is in the gym! The combination of Pilates with multiple other focused training techniques (no two sessions are ever the same!) has given me great posture and helped me overcome imbalances that occurred due to past sporting injuries. By giving me incredible core strength Meggie has enabled me to take my training to the next level. I never dreaded going to see Meggie like I would dread going to the gym on my own, because I knew that she would find new challenges for me and I would leave the session feeling balanced, stronger and fitter! Meggie has such a warm and positive energy, which made working with her such a pleasure. Thank you, Meggie!
